Plant Maintenance Manager
Job Responsibilities Overall responsible for the daily management, arrangement and supervision of the cement plant equipment maintenance team. Formulate equipment daily maintenance plan, regular overhaul plan and preventive maintenance plan, and organize on-site implementation. Manage maintenance personnel attendance, work arrangement, technical assessment and daily team training. Track equipment operation status, count failure data, analyze maintenance problems, and formulate equipment improvement and maintenance optimization schemes. Coordinate with production, technology and safety departments to ensure maintenance quality, control maintenance cost, and guarantee long-term stable operation of production line equipment. Responsible for maintenance material management, spare parts statistics and maintenance work report submission. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related majors. At least 5 years of cement plant equipment maintenance management experience, familiar with full-line cement production equipment. Have independent team management ability, familiar with factory equipment maintenance system and management process. Proficient in mechanical failure judgment, maintenance arrangement and resource scheduling. Strong overall planning ability, emergency disposal ability and communication coordination ability. Basic Chinese communication ability is preferred for docking with Chinese management team.
Cement Plant Process Operator
Job Responsibilities Responsible for on-site operation and patrol inspection of cement production line equipment raw meal mill, rotary kiln, cement mill and other process equipment. Strictly implement process operation standards, record production data, and ensure stable and standardized production operation. Timely discover and report abnormal equipment operation, process fluctuation and hidden dangers on site, and cooperate with engineers to handle faults. Cooperate with daily production scheduling, quality inspection and process adjustment work to ensure production output and product quality meet standards. Strictly abide by factory safety operation rules and maintain on-site production hygiene and equipment cleanliness. Job Requirements Secondary technical school or college degree in mechanical, chemical, industrial production or related majors. 1-2 years of cement plant production line operation experience is preferred; excellent fresh graduates with production practice experience are acceptable. Familiar with basic production process of cement plant, able to follow technical standards for standardized operation. Cement Plant Process Engineer
Responsible for the whole cement production process optimization, parameter adjustment and technical guidance crushing, raw meal grinding, clinker calcination, cement grinding. Monitor production process operation status, judge and solve process abnormalities, reduce production loss and equipment failure rate caused by process problems. Formulate production process standards, operation guidelines and process improvement plans, and supervise the implementation on site. Cooperate with Chinese technical team to complete production debugging, process upgrading, quality control and new product trial production.
