📋 Requirements
- •Bachelor’s degree or above in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Cement Process or related majors.
📝 Description
- •Responsible for the whole cement production process optimization, parameter adjustment and technical guidance crushing, raw meal grinding, clinker calcination, cement grinding.
- •Monitor production process operation status, judge and solve process abnormalities, reduce production loss and equipment failure rate caused by process problems.
- •Formulate production process standards, operation guidelines and process improvement plans, and supervise the implementation on site.
- •Cooperate with Chinese technical team to complete production debugging, process upgrading, quality control and new product trial production.
- •Guide process operators in standardized operation, conduct regular technical training and post assessment.
- •Bachelor’s degree or above in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Cement Process or related majors.
- •At least 3 years offormal cement plant process engineering working experience, familiar with full cement production line process.
- •Able to independently analyze process faults, optimize production parameters and improve clinker and cement quality.
- •Basic oral Chinese communication ability is preferred; proficient in English for technical communication.
- •Familiar with factory safety production management specifications, strong problem-solving ability and on-site emergency handling ability.
