- •Job Responsibilities
- •Overall responsible for the daily management, arrangement and supervision of the cement plant equipment maintenance team.
- •Formulate equipment daily maintenance plan, regular overhaul plan and preventive maintenance plan, and organize on-site implementation.
- •Manage maintenance personnel attendance, work arrangement, technical assessment and daily team training.
- •Track equipment operation status, count failure data, analyze maintenance problems, and formulate equipment improvement and maintenance optimization schemes.
- •Coordinate with production, technology and safety departments to ensure maintenance quality, control maintenance cost, and guarantee long-term stable operation of production line equipment.
- •Responsible for maintenance material management, spare parts statistics and maintenance work report submission.
- •Job Requirements
- •Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related majors.
- •At least 5 years of cement plant equipment maintenance management experience, familiar with full-line cement production equipment.
- •Have independent team management ability, familiar with factory equipment maintenance system and management process.
- •Proficient in mechanical failure judgment, maintenance arrangement and resource scheduling.
- •Strong overall planning ability, emergency disposal ability and communication coordination ability.
- •Basic Chinese communication ability is preferred for docking with Chinese management team.
