About the Role Lana Healthcare is seeking a proactive, resourceful, and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee and strengthen its operations in Osogbo, Osun State. Working closely with the Founder, the successful candidate will coordinate people, processes, and resources, drive operational improvements, and ensure the effective execution of business priorities. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring initiative, sound judgment, accountability, and the ability to develop practical solutions and deliver measurable results with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily business operations, administrative activities, resource management, vendors, and procurement. Develop and implement efficient administrative procedures, operational workflows, and standard operating procedures SOPs. Identify operational gaps and drive practical, cost-effective improvements. Coordinate staff and service provider onboarding, scheduling, supervision, and performance management. Oversee service delivery coordination, client onboarding processes, and quality assurance activities. Manage relationships with vendors, partners, service providers, and other stakeholders. Resolve operational challenges promptly and escalate significant issues appropriately. Prepare structured weekly reports covering operational progress, challenges, expenses, priorities, and decisions requiring management attention.
