- •Previous experience in FMCG Sales/Business Development Prior experience leading a team of Sales reps Proven track record of delivering sales, distribution and coverage targets.
- •Strong understanding of territory management, route planning and distributor/wholesaler management.
- •Good commercial and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify new sales opportunities.
- •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales and market data.
- •Good communication and relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
- •Self-driven, organised and comfortable working independently in a field-based environment.
- •Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
