- •HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field 2-5 years experience in the FMCG sector, particularly in the dairy industry, is an added advantage Strong skills in New Business Development and identifying opportunities for growth Proficiency in Lead Generation and developing sustainable, long-term relationships Solid understanding of Business operations and market dynamics Excellent Communication skills to engage clients and stakeholders effectively Experience in Account Management, ensuring client satisfaction and retention Proven ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
