- •We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee the company's financial operations, reporting, budgeting, financial controls, and compliance.
- •The successful candidate will provide accurate financial information to management and support strategic business decisions.
- •Key Responsibilities
- •Oversee the company's day-to-day financial operations and accounting activities.
- •Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- •Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial planning.
- •Monitor income, expenses, receivables, payables, and cash positions.
- •Ensure proper financial controls and compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.
- •Review financial transactions, reconciliations, invoices, and payment schedules.
- •Coordinate payroll-related financial processes with HR.
- •Monitor and manage the company's tax and statutory obligations.
- •Prepare financial analysis and management reports to support decision-making.
- •Liaise with auditors, banks, tax authorities, and other external stakeholders.
- •Identify financial risks and recommend appropriate corrective measures.
- •Supervise and provide guidance to accounting/finance staff.
- •Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and supporting documentation.
