📋 Requirements
- •Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Engineering, Estate Management, Facility Management, Building Technology, or a related discipline.
- •Relevant professional certifications in Facility Management, Engineering, Health & Safety, or Project Management will be an added advantage.
- •Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Facilities Manager or in a similar facility management role.
- •Proven experience managing commercial, residential, institutional, or industrial facilities.
- •Demonstrated ability to manage maintenance teams, contractors, and facility budgets.
- •Experience working in remote or challenging operational environments will be an advantage.
