📋 Requirements
- •Bachelor's Degree (or HND) in Social Work, Social Sciences, Psychology, Sociology, Law, Gender Studies, Development Studies or a related field.
- •A Master's Degree is an added advantage.
- •Minimum of [2–3] years' experience in child protection and/or GBV programming, preferably in a humanitarian or development context.
- •Practical knowledge of case management, survivor-centred approaches, the GBV Guiding Principles and Child Protection Minimum Standards.
- •Experience working with communities, local leaders and government stakeholders.
- •Strong understanding of safeguarding, confidentiality and PSEA principles.
- •Training in GBV case management, child protection case management or PSS is an added advantage.
- •Good report writing, communication and interpersonal skills.
- •Proficiency in English; knowledge of [Hausa/Kanuri/Fulfulde/other local language] is an advantage.
- •Willingness to travel and work in remote or field locations.
