📋 Requirements
- •Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- •An Advanced Degree is added advantage Minimum 10 - 15 years' relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership or senior role.
- •Proven Mechanical Engineering experience, with ability to apply core principles to large scale healthcare-related systems and complex infrastructure projects.
- •Experience delivering a hospital, healthcare, high rise or other technically complex project is highly preferred.
- •Proficiency in Machine Design, including component selection, stress analysis, and reliability considerations.
- •Strong knowledge of HVAC, ventilation, plumbing, drainage, pumps, medical gas and fire protection systems.
- •Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; experience with Revit MEP, Navisworks and project scheduling software is an advantage.
- •COREN registration and relevant professional membership are required.
- •Experience in Research and Development (R&D), including problem analysis, prototyping, testing, and continuous improvement of mechanical solutions.
- •Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and engage with non-technical stakeholders.
- •Demonstrated problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and willingness to work on-site.
