📋 Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • •Professional certification from CIPM, CIPD, or an equivalent recognised HR body is required.
  • •9 - 12 years of progressive HR experience, including at least five years in a managerial or senior HR leadership role.
  • •Proven HR management experience in animal feed manufacturing, agro-processing, edible oil production, food manufacturing, or a closely related agro-allied industry is strongly preferred.
  • •Experience managing HR operations within a factory, production plant, or other production-driven environment.
  • •Demonstrable experience across multiple HR functions, including employee relations, recruitment, performance management, compensation, and HR operations.
  • •Proven ability to lead an HR team and manage a diverse workforce comprising management, administrative, technical, and production employees.
  • •Practical experience handling industrial relations, disciplinary cases, employee grievances, and workforce planning in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices.
  • •Experience supporting workforce productivity, organisational development, employee engagement, and talent retention.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR information systems; advanced Excel skills are an advantage.
  • •Ability to work on-site in Ibadan, Oyo State.
