📋 Requirements
- •Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- •A Master's degree or relevant advanced certification is an added advantage.
- •A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a creative leadership role, preferably as a Creative Director, Art Director, or Senior Designer within the real estate property, investment, fintech, or e-commerce industries.
- •Professional certification in graphic design, multimedia, or creative arts (e.g., Adobe Certified Expert, Certified Creative Professional) is highly preferred.
- •A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in brand development, campaign design, and multimedia content creation across digital and traditional platforms.
- •Proficiency in industry-standard creative software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Figma, and other design tools.
- •Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a creative team.
- •Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and project management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
