📋 Requirements
- •Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- •Mandatory ACA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualification.
- •MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- •Minimum of 15 years' progressive finance experience, including at least 5 years in a senior financial leadership role.
- •Proven experience in real estate investment, private equity, hospitality, or infrastructure finance.
- •Strong expertise in IFRS, financial modelling, capital markets, investment analysis, and risk management.
- •Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- •Experience with international investors, Development Finance Institutions (DFIs), and multilateral agencies is an advantage.
