- •Key Responsibilities
- •Develop and monitor HSE/ESMS programs.
- •Conduct audits, inspections and risk assessments.
- •Lead incident investigations and corrective actions.
- •Ensure regulatory compliance.
- •Deliver safety training and awareness.
- •Support ESG and sustainability initiatives.
- •Manage emergency preparedness and reporting.
- •Qualifications & Requirements
- •Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
- •Minimum 6 years relevant HSE experience.
- •Strong knowledge of telecoms/construction/infrastructure operations.
- •Knowledge of ISO standards and regulatory compliance.
- •Required Certifications
- •NEBOSH International General Certificate IGC – Mandatory.
- •Membership of ISPON Institute of Safety Professionals of Nigeria –Strongly Preferred.
- •Preferred Certifications
- •ISO 45001 Lead Auditor Certification.
- •ISO 14001 Lead Auditor Certification.
- •IOSH Managing Safely or IOSH Membership.
- •Incident Investigation / Root Cause Analysis Certification.
- •Risk Assessment & Hazard Identification Training HIRA/JSA/JHA.
- •First Aid, Emergency Response and Fire Safety Certification.
- •ESG / Sustainability Training.
- •ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Certification added advantage
- •ISO 27001 Lead Auditor Certification added advantage.
- •Ideal Candidate Profile
- •NEBOSH IGC, ISO 45001 , ISO 14001,ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISPON Member, IOSH Membership, and 6+ years of infrastructure, construction, engineering or operational HSE experience.
