📋 Requirements
- •Minimum of HND / B.Sc.
- •in Food Science and Technology, Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology or any other relevant discipline At least five (5) years of relevant working experience in production management, preferably in the alcoholic beverage, brewery, distillery, or FMCG manufacturing industry Demonstrable knowledge of beverage production processes, blending, formulation control, filtration, bottling or filling, and packaging operations.
- •Must possess a well-developed sensory evaluation ability and be capable of assessing the taste, aroma, colour, and other sensory characteristics of alcoholic beverages produced, in accordance with approved quality procedures Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, quality assurance, and production safety procedures Added Advantage: Professional training or certification in production management, quality management, beverage technology, or food safety.
