- •Welcome customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products.
- •Promote products and drive sales to achieve assigned targets.
- •Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive customer relationships.
- •Arrange, display, and replenish merchandise to maintain an attractive store environment.
- •Process customer transactions and ensure accurate sales records.
- •Monitor stock levels and report shortages or damaged products.
- •Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally.
