📋 Requirements
- •Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- •ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIA or CISA in view or partially qualified is an advantage.
- •Membership of a recognized professional accounting or audit body is desirable.
- •Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in Internal Audit, Internal Control, Risk Management, External Audit, or Compliance.
- •Experience in the healthcare sector is an added advantage.
- •Good understanding of internal control principles and audit methodologies.
- •Knowledge of risk management and corporate governance.
- •Familiarity with IFRS and applicable regulatory requirements.
- •Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.
- •Experience using ERP systems is an advantage.
- •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- •Good report-writing and communication skills.
