📋 Requirements
- •Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business Management, Banking & Finance or a related discipline.
- •Master’s Degree or MBA.
- •5–10 years of managerial-level experience in the technical department of an insurance or reinsurance company.
- •Proven experience overseeing underwriting, claims and reinsurance functions.
- •ACIIN or FCII professional qualification is required.
- •Strong knowledge of insurance regulation, risk governance, portfolio management and loss ratios.
- •Excellent leadership, analytical and decision-making skills.
