š Requirements
- ā¢A Bachelorās Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or another relevant discipline.
- ā¢Approximately eight or more years of relevant professional experience in investments, corporate finance, investment banking, treasury, private equity, private credit, development finance or a related field.
- ā¢Demonstrable experience in financial modelling, valuation, investment assessment or capital structuring.
- ā¢Evidence of direct participation in significant financing, investment, asset monetization or corporate-finance transactions.
- ā¢Practical knowledge of debt financing, leverage, cash-flow analysis, liquidity planning and financial risk.
- ā¢Strong analytical, written communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- ā¢Experience preparing transaction materials, investment memoranda, financing proposals or other decision-support documentation.
- ā¢A relevant professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CFA or an equivalent qualification may be advantageous, depending on the candidateās background and area of specialization.
- ā¢An MBA or postgraduate qualification in finance may also be beneficial.
- ā¢Professional credentials alone will not substitute for demonstrable execution experience.
