📋 Requirements
- •BSc / HND in Building Technology, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- •4–6 years of relevant site management or construction supervision experience.
- •Demonstrable experience managing construction, interior fit-out, or renovation projects.
- •Ability to read and interpret architectural, technical, and construction drawings.
- •Good understanding of construction methods, finishing materials, installation processes, and quality control.
- •Knowledge of construction site safety practices and HSE compliance requirements.
- •Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- •Excellent communication, reporting, and organisational abilities.
- •Ability to manage multiple site activities and enforce deadlines without compromising quality or safety.
- •Proficiency in relevant reporting tools and Microsoft Office applications.
- •Membership of a relevant professional body or possession of industry-recognised certifications is an added advantage.
