- •Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
- •Professional qualification: CFA plus ACA or ACCA.
- •Minimum of 15 years' progressive finance experience.
- •At least 5 years in a CFO, Finance Director, or equivalent executive leadership role.
- •Strong experience in:
- •Treasury Management Corporate Finance Debt & Equity Financing Capital Raising Taxation Financial Modelling Governance & Risk Management Financial Reporting Experience within manufacturing or other import-dependent sectors is highly desirable.
- •Proven CFO-level leadership and executive presence Strong corporate finance and capital markets experience Hands-on treasury management within a private-sector organization Experience leading debt and equity fundraising initiatives Investor, lender, and board-level stakeholder management Evidence of business growth, profitability improvement, and value creation; strategic and commercial finance capability beyond accounting and reporting Experience evaluating and leading investments, business expansion initiatives, acquisitions, partnerships, or corporate transactions.
