📋 Requirements
- •Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 2 - 3 years of experience.
- •Proven experience in translation and interpretation, preferably in a mining, business or technical environment.
- •Fluent in both Chinese and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- •Fluency in speaking and hearing Hausa is a plus Experience studying or working in China is a plus Should be responsible and have good management skills.

- •Job Summary
- •We are seeking an experienced Chinese Translator to join our team in a full-time, on-site position.
- •The ideal candidate must have a strong command of both Chinese and English, with the ability to accurately translate written documents and interpret spoken communication in both languages.
- •The candidate must be fluent in speaking, understanding, reading, and translating Chinese to facilitate effective communication between Chinese management and Nigerian staff.
- •Responsibilities
- •Provide accurate oral and written translations from Chinese to English and vice versa.
- •Interpret spoken communication during meetings and on-site interactions between Chinese management and Nigerian production staff.
- •Facilitate effective communication between the Head of the Production Department, Chinese management, and production workers.
- •Translate production documents, daily reports, work instructions, and technical materials.
- •Assist the Head of the Production Department in supervising daily activities at the factory site.
- •Monitor production activities and ensure workers understand and follow instructions from their supervisors.
- •Assist in communicating production targets, work schedules, and operational procedures to production staff.
- •Provide translation support during production meetings, technical training, and equipment operation instructions.
- •Help resolve communication gaps between Chinese supervisors and Nigerian workers to ensure smooth production operations.
- •Act as a cultural bridge between Chinese and Nigerian employees, promoting clear communication and mutual understanding.
- •Requirements
