📋 Requirements
- •Education: BSc, B.Tech, or HND in Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical discipline.
- •Experience: Minimum of 6–8 years’ experience managing engineering or industrial projects within a manufacturing environment.
- •Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and practices relevant to engineering and manufacturing environments.
- •Sound understanding of engineering projects, including plant equipment, utilities, infrastructure, and automation systems.
- •Strong project planning, scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and resource management skills.
- •Proven ability to identify and manage project risks, issues, scope changes, and competing priorities.
- •Excellent vendor, contractor, and supplier management skills, including technical evaluation and performance monitoring.
- •Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- •Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and relevant project management tools.
