📋 Requirements
- •Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
- •3+ years of HR experience, with at least 1 year in an HR Manager, HR Lead or HR Generalist role.
- •Strong working knowledge of Nigerian labour law and HR compliance.
- •Hands-on experience with recruitment, performance management and employee relations.
- •Comfortable with HR tools, HRIS or spreadsheets for records and reporting.
- •Excellent communication, organisation and judgement, and able to handle sensitive matters with discretion.
- •CIPM or SHRM certification is an advantage.
- •Experience in education, training or a tech-focused company is a plus.
