- â˘Bachelorâs degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- â˘Minimum of 2 yearsâ experience in channel sales, distributor management, indirect sales, or territory sales.
- â˘Prior experience managing or supporting distributors, dealers, resellers, or retail partners is required.
- â˘Strong understanding of channel sales operations and partner performance management.
- â˘Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- â˘Ability to conduct field visits and manage sales activities across assigned territories.
