📋 Requirements
- •NABTEB, WAEC Technical, OND in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering.
- •Minimum of 5 years experience in production and maintenance roles, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- •Experience in collating and reporting maintenance data.
- •Experience of focused improvement maintenance (FIM) planning and execution.
- •Expertise in electrical systems, automation, and control systems (PLC, SCADA, DCS, etc.).
- •Experience in preventive and predictive maintenance skills.
- •Good knowledge and experience of manufacturing industry safety standards and practices.
- •Experience in collating and reporting maintenance data.
- •Experience of focused improvement maintenance (FIM) planning and execution.
- •Good experience of preventive maintenance and engineering systems.
- •Proficiency in use of SAP PM, or other CMMS, and Microsoft Office.
- •Able to read design software (e.g., AutoCAD) and other engineering systems and tools.
- •Strong team leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coordinate teams.
- •Be good at explaining technical processes to both technical and non-technical audience.
