- •Preferably 3–5+ years of relevant experience in corporate recruitment and HR operations.
- •Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, HR procedures, staffing, and employment matters.
- •Demonstrated experience coaching junior colleagues and managing corporate client relationships.
- •Excellent organisational, communication, problem-solving, and performance-tracking skills.
- •Strong ownership, accountability, and the ability to manage multiple recruitment mandates.
- •Experience in a recruitment agency, HR outsourcing, or HR consulting firm is an added advantage.
