📋 Requirements
- •Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Communications, Digital Media, Business Administration, or a related field.
- •0–1 year of relevant experience in social media management, content creation, digital marketing, or a related role.
- •Practical experience creating and publishing social media content.
- •Proficiency in Canva and CapCut or similar graphic design and video-editing tools.
- •Strong copywriting, storytelling, and content-planning skills.
- •Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite, social media analytics, and content scheduling tools.
- •Good understanding of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and other relevant social media platforms.
- •Ability to interpret content performance data and recommend practical improvements.
- •Strong communication skills, creativity, attention to detail, and organisational abilities.
- •Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- •Professional judgement and the ability to maintain brand consistency, confidentiality, and accuracy when publishing content.
