📋 Requirements
- •BSc, B.Tech, or HND in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- •Experience: Minimum of 4 years' experience in power plant or utility operations within a medium- or large-scale manufacturing organisation.
- •Strong technical knowledge of power generation systems, gas and diesel generators, and HT/LT electrical power distribution.
- •Sound understanding of preventive and condition-based maintenance practices for generators and industrial utility equipment.
- •Knowledge of fuel management, engine performance monitoring, energy efficiency, and operational cost optimisation.
- •Proficiency in Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), maintenance planning, and performance tracking.
- •Ability to conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA), implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and resolve technical problems.
- •Strong understanding of HSE standards, electrical safety regulations, permit-to-work systems, and environmental compliance.
- •Excellent leadership, analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and team management skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
