📋 Requirements
- •BSc / HND in Procurement and Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Purchasing and Supply, or a related discipline.
- •3–5 years of relevant procurement experience, with demonstrable experience in the interior fit-out or design and build industry.
- •Practical knowledge of interior finishes, building materials, furniture, joinery, lighting, sanitary fittings, ironmongery, and other fit-out materials.
- •Familiarity with local suppliers, distributors, manufacturers, and subcontractors serving the interior fit-out and construction industry.
- •Experience interpreting material schedules, bills of quantities (BOQs), specifications, and project procurement requirements.
- •Strong negotiation, vendor management, and cost-analysis skills.
- •Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant procurement or inventory management tools.
- •Excellent organisational, documentation, and reporting skills.
- •Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple procurement requests simultaneously.
- •Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project delivery timelines.
- •High level of integrity, accountability, and commercial awareness.

- •The position is located in Lagos State.
- •Salary Range: N200,000 - N300,000 / month.
