📋 Requirements
- •Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
- •3–5 years of relevant experience in electronics retail, consumer electronics, home appliances, or a similar retail environment.
- •Proven experience managing a retail store, electronics department Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and manage category performance.
- •Experience in team supervision, inventory control, merchandising, and customer service.
- •Good understanding of retail operations, sales processes, and stock management.
- •Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- •Good commercial awareness and customer-service orientation.
- •Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to prepare basic sales and inventory reports.
- •Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
