📋 Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in security management, Criminology, Law, Risk Management, Maritime Studies or another relevant discipline.
•At least 10 years of relevant security experience, including five years conducting or leading investigations and three years supervising personnel, investigations or security operations.
•Periods may overlap.
•Formal CSO cover requires written designation, verified competence, vessel/plan familiarisation and required notifications.
•Appointment as deputy does not itself appoint the individual as CSO, SSO or PFSO.
•ASIS Professional Certified Investigator (PCI), Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), or comparable assessed qualification; ISPS internal-auditor training
