📋 Requirements
- •Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Project Management, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- •3–5 years' proven experience in Tendering, Bid Management, Quantity Surveying, Proposal Development, Construction, Infrastructure, or Civil Engineering projects.
- •Strong understanding of construction methodologies, civil works, engineering drawings, technical specifications, and BOQs.
- •Experience preparing technical and commercial tender submissions.
- •Strong proposal writing, document management, and report-writing skills.
- •Good understanding of contract administration and tendering procedures.
- •Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PDF editing software.
- •Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work under pressure.
- •Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
