ð Requirements
- â¢âBachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
- â¢âICAN (ACA) or ACCA certification is required.
- â¢â7â10 years' progressive finance and accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- â¢âProven experience leading the finance function within a growing organization.
- â¢âStrong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, treasury management, taxation, and regulatory compliance.
- â¢âDemonstrated ability to establish financial controls, improve processes, and support business expansion initiatives.
- â¢âProficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting systems.
- â¢âStrong leadership, commercial acumen, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills.
- â¢âHigh level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.

- â¢Future Moves Recruitment Agency (FMR Agency) - Our client in the Food Manufacturing industry is recruiting to fill the position of: Head of Finance and Account.
- â¢The position is located in Isolo, Lagos State.
- â¢Salary: N800,000 / month.
- â¢Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline; âICAN (ACA) or ACCA certification is required with â7â10 years' progressive finance and accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
