📋 Requirements
- •A first degree and a Ph.D.
- •in Library and Information Science.
- •Registration with the relevant professional library association or body.
- •A rank of Reader or Deputy University Librarian and above, with at least 15 years of continuous public service experience, including 10 years in a university library.
- •NYSC discharge or exemption certificate.
- •Evidence of research contributions and publications in reputable journals.
- •Experience in library automation, ICT proficiency, good communication skills and high integrity.
- •Must not be older than 65 years by 12th April 2027.

- •The University Librarian will oversee the university library system and coordinate library services across campuses, faculties, departments and research units.
