📋 Requirements
- •Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
- •Approximately 4–8 years' relevant experience in corporate finance, financial planning and analysis, investment analysis, treasury, or a related field.
- •Experience in real estate, investment management, infrastructure, or other capital-intensive industries is an advantage.
- •Strong knowledge of financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow analysis, and investment appraisal.
- •Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools.
- •ACA, CFA, or an equivalent professional qualification, completed or in progress, is an advantage.
- •Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
- •High levels of integrity, commercial awareness, attention to detail, and sound financial judgement.
