📋 Requirements
- •ND/HND in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering or a related field.
- •Minimum of 2 years' experience in the telecommunications industry.
- •Practical experience in telecom installation and fault troubleshooting.
- •Must be willing and physically able to climb telecommunications masts/towers.
- •Ability to work safely at height and in field environments.
- •Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- •Good communication and teamwork skills.
- •Ability to work under pressure and respond to urgent/escalated faults.
- •Willingness to travel to customer sites and operational locations when required.

- •Key Responsibilities
- •Install and commission telecommunications equipment and customer links.
- •Carry out mast/tower climbing for installations, maintenance and troubleshooting.
- •Troubleshoot and resolve telecom/network faults within agreed SLA timelines.
- •Conduct site surveys to support quality installations.
- •Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on telecom equipment and infrastructure.
- •Test and verify installed equipment and links before handover.
- •Respond to escalated customer and network fault calls.
- •Properly document installations, site surveys, maintenance activities and resolved faults.
- •Ensure compliance with applicable HSE and working-at-height requirements.
