📋 Requirements
- •B.Sc.
- •or HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or another relevant discipline.
- •Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in internal control, internal audit, risk management or a closely related function.
- •Demonstrable experience in manufacturing is strongly preferred; prior experience in the plastic manufacturing industry will be a significant advantage.
- •Strong practical knowledge of inventory control, stock reconciliation, production monitoring, material usage and operational loss prevention.
- •Proven ability to identify control weaknesses, investigate discrepancies and recommend effective corrective actions.
- •Strong analytical, numerical, investigative and report-writing skills.
- •Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to analyse operational records, reconcile data and prepare management reports.
- •High integrity, professional judgment, attention to detail and the ability to work independently across different departments.
- •Relevant professional certifications, such as ICAN, ACCA, CIA or CISA where applicable to the candidate's background, will be an added advantage.
