📋 Requirements
- •B.Sc.
- •or HND in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Mechatronics, Instrumentation Engineering or a related discipline.
- •5–7 years of maintenance experience in a high-speed FMCG or process-manufacturing environment, including at least 2 years in maintenance planning and scheduling.
- •Practical exposure to production, process and packaging equipment, as well as industrial utilities.
- •Strong working knowledge of CMMS/SAP PM, work-order management, maintenance scheduling and backlog control.
- •Experience in spare-parts planning, inventory control and technical evaluation of maintenance requisitions.
- •Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance, asset criticality, RCA and reliability improvement techniques.
- •Strong analytical, planning, coordination and cost-management skills.
- •Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI or project scheduling tools is an advantage.
- •A recognised maintenance or reliability certification is an added advantage.
