📋 Requirements
- •Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- •Professional certification from CIPM, CIPD, or an equivalent recognised HR body is required.
- •Minimum of 9–12years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial or senior HR leadership role Demonstrable experience managing multiple HR functions, including employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and HR operations.
- •Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, agro-processing, agriculture, or food production is highly desirable.
- •Proven ability to lead an HR team and manage a diverse workforce comprising corporate and operational employees.
- •Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices.
- •Experience handling disciplinary cases, employee grievances, workforce planning, and organisational development.
- •Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR information systems; advanced Excel skills are an advantage.
- •Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- •High integrity, sound judgement, and the ability to handle confidential information.
- •Ability to work on-site in Ibadan, Oyo State.
