- •Proven track record of successfully driving business growth, achieving sales targets, and leading operational teams in a complex, multi-entity environment.
- •Demonstrated expertise in operational efficiency, process improvement, and cross-functional team leadership.
- •6omprehensive knowledge of the Nigerian real estate, investment, and construction landscape, including regulatory frameworks and market trends.
- •Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interface effectively at all organizational levels.
