- •A bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- •2–3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within a recruitment agency or HR consulting firm.
- •Strong knowledge of recruitment methods, candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
- •Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- •Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment deadlines.
- •Commercial awareness and an interest in business development and client acquisition.
- •Good organisational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment tools.
- •Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.

- •Sisi HR is recruiting to fill the position of: Talent Acquisition Specialist.
- •This is a Hybrid role in Lagos State.
- •Salary: N250,000 per month.
- •The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and attracting qualified candidates, managing recruitment processes from job briefing to placement, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- •Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related fields with 2–3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within a recruitment agency or HR consulting firm.
