📋 Requirements

  • •Minimum of OND / NCE in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered.
  • •Previous experience in hotel operations, hospitality, or a supervisory role is an advantage.
  • •Strong leadership, team management, and organisational skills.
  • •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • •Good customer service and complaint-resolution abilities.
  • •Ability to supervise multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
  • •Good problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • •Basic computer skills and the ability to maintain operational records and reports.
  • •Knowledge of hotel operations, housekeeping standards, hygiene, and workplace safety.
  • •High level of honesty, professionalism, accountability, and attention to detail.
  • •Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
